Wire saws with diamond cutting beads for construction demolition works have appeared as an alternative to wall cutters which demand a large volume of enablement works and sometimes have some difficulties and inconveniences in use. The usage of radius beams and discharge rollers allows to perform technological cuts angularly, and in hard-to-reach places as well. The depth of wire saw cut is restricted only with the cutting speed and in some cases with the power of the saw. Mobile wire saw machines are used as master drives in this case.
For industrial demolition works the rubberized diamond wire is used. The galvanized rubber coating increases the flexibility of the wire and prevents uneven wear of diamond cutting beads. Structurally, the wire saw is a steel wire, on which diamond beads of 11 mm diameter are fixed with occurrence of 40 pieces per a linear meter.
